Transcend Association Management is the continued growth in industry specific education, for our own company employees and also for the different associations members that are managed by our company.
The owner of the company is a CCAM® (Certified Community Association Manager) as bestowed by California Association of Community Managers (CACM), an organization dedicated to instructing its participants to be qualified to manage Common Interest Developments within the State of California. To qualify for the designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) the designee must complete five classes directly related to managing California Community Associations. These certification courses meet the statutory requirements by Assembly bill 555. All CACM Members must comply with the provisions of California Civil Code – Title 6 – Common Interest Developments and other applicable codes, laws and regulations. Furthermore, all designees agree to comply by affixing their signature and by sworn oath to uphold the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Practice for CACM.
